The Best Odds In The Casino!

Blackjack is one of our most popular Casino Game Rentals. The goal of blackjack is to get 21 points or as close to 21 points as you can without going over. Players play against a dealer. The game can be played with one to eight 52 card decks. Each card is assigned a point value. The value of a hand is the sum of the point value of each card in the hand. Aces can count as either 1 or 11 points. Tens and face cards are worth ten points, and 2-9 are worth face value. The best hand a player can have is called a “blackjack” and is an ace and any single card with a value of ten. A blackjack will outrank any other hand adding up to 21. Casino rentals.

First, each player will place their bets. Once all bets have been made, each player is dealt two cards face up. The dealer is dealt two cards; one facing up and the other (the hole card) face down. If the dealer has an ace showing they will offer “insurance” to the players. Insurance is a side bet that pays 2 to 1 odds if the dealers hole card is any 10 point card. Insurance is optional and has a maximum bet of half the original bet. If the dealer’s face up card is a 10 or an ace they will peek at their hole card (after offering insurance if an ace is showing) too see if they have blackjack. If the dealer has blackjack then they will immediately show their hole card and the game is over. In this situation the dealer wins unless a player also has blackjack in which case it is a “push” (tie). If the dealers does not have blackjack, play proceeds as follows:

The dealer starts with the player furthest to their left. The player can choose from the following moves:

Stand: If the player is satisfied with their hand and doesn’t want any more cards they “stand” and their turn is over.

Hit: A hit is when a player draws another card (or several) in an attempt to get their hand closer to 21. A player can hit as many times as they want until they reach or go over 21. If the player exceeds 21 points they “bust” and loose.

Double: A double is when a player doubles their bet and receives one (and only one) additional card.

Split: With a pair or any two 10 point cards a player can double their bet and split their hand in to two hands. The dealer will then give each hand a second card. Now the player can hit, stand or double normally. When splitting aces each hand can only receive one additional card. Rules on splitting vary a bit depending on house rules. Sometimes you can re-split aces… sometimes you cannot. Most of the times you can continue to re-split up to four hands. When you receive a 10 point card after splitting aces the hand is counted as a 21 and not a blackjack.

Once each player has had their turn the dealer will turn over their hole card. If the dealer’s hand is 16 or less they have to hit. In some cases the dealer will hit a 17. This is when the dealer has an ace and any six point card. This is known as a “soft 17”. If the dealer exceeds 21 then they busted and any player who has not busted will win. If the dealer does not bust then the higher hand between any player and the dealer will win. Winning hands pay even odds unless its a blackjack in which case it pays at 3 to 2 odds.

How to play Craps:

Craps is played by throwing two dice across a table and the combined number of the dice rolled determines whether you win or loose the bet. While there is only one shooter at a time, multiple players can bet on the same roll at once. All players are betting against the house and take turns shooting the dice. A player can pass on their turn to shoot the dice if they want.

While there are other bets that can be made; the most common bet is called “pass the line” which pays 1 to 1 odds. Basically there are two types of roll; the first of which is called the “come out roll”.

If the shooter rolls a 7 or 11, then the bet is automatically won by any players betting on that roll and the series ends.

If a shooter rolls 2, 3, or 12 (also known as craps), then they crap out and all bettors lose their wagers and the series ends.

If a shooter rolls any other number, then that number becomes the shooter’s point and the series continues. When the series continues the shooter continues to roll the dice with the goal of rolling their point again before they roll a 7. If any number other than the shooter’s point or a 7 is rolled then nothing happens and the shooter rolls again. If the point is rolled, then all pass the line bets win and the series ends. If the shooter rolls a 7 then all pass the line bets lose and the series ends.

And that’s it! That is all you need to know to play Craps. The game is a ton of fun and exciting for players and spectators alike. ARE YOU FEELING LUCKY?!

First played in France all the way back in the 17th century, Roulette is one of the most popular casino games in Europe. In fact, no Monte Carlo themed casino night is quite complete without a Roulette table. With up to 8 players betting against the house at once, Roulette is a great group activity. The house is represented by a dealer who handles bets, payouts and is in charge of spinning the Roulette Wheel. Unlike many other casino games, with roulette, players are given special colored chips. Each player is assigned their own color. This is to ensure bets do not get mixed up on the roulette table. These special colored chips are then exchanged for regular cash casino chips when a player is finished playing.

Roulette is not very complicated; however, there are many different bets you can make which pay out at different odds. In the United States, Roulette wheels have 38 pockets where the ball can land. Numbers 1 through 36, a 0 and a 00. Players bet that the ball will land in a specific pocket by placing their chips on a specific place on the roulette table which corresponds with the numbered pocket or pockets in which they think the ball will land. At the beginning of a round, the dealer will pause for a minute, allowing players to decide on their bets. The dealer will then spin the wheel and throw the ball. When the ball falls from the track to the wheel the dealer will announce “no more bets”. When the ball lands in a pocket the dealer will place a marker on the winning number on the board (or chips) and clear all loosing bets. The dealer will then pay out any winning bets.

There are many different ways to bet in Roulette. Bets are split into two groups called inside and outside bets. Some bets are as follows:

Inside bets are when a player bets on a specific number or a series of numbers. While these bets pay out less often… the payouts are better than outside bets.

A straight up pays 35 to 1 odds. This bet is played by placing your chips on any single number on the table.

A Split bet pays 17 to 1. This is a bet on any two adjacent numbers is played by placing chips on the line between the two numbers.

A Street bet pays out at 11 to 1. This bet covers three numbers. Place your chips on the line outside of the three numbers in the row where you want to win.

A Corner bet pays out at 8 to 1. Some people call this a quarter or square bet. It’s a bet where four numbers’ corners come together that makes a square.

A Five-number bet, this is the worst odds at the table, pays out 6 to 1 and is where the player bets on the numbers 0, 00, 1, 2, and 3. You place the chip on the outside corner line between the 1 and the 0.

A Six-number bet pays out at 5 to 1 and covers two adjoining rows of numbers.

Outside bets are when a player bets on a group of numbers outside the 38 numbers on the table. These bets win more often but have lower payouts.

A Dozens bet pays 2 to 1 and is where you bet on on either the first (1-12), second (13-24) or third (25-36) dozen numbers on the table.

A Red or Black bet pays out even odds. This is simply a bet that the ball will land on either red or black.

A Low or High bet pays even money. It is a bet if the ball will land on either numbers 1-18 if you bet low, or numbers 19-36 if you bet high.

A Columns bet pays 2 to 1. There are three columns of twelve numbers on the table. This bet wins if the ball lands on any number in the column you chose.

An Odd or Even bet also pays out even odds and is a bet that the ball will land on either an odd or even number.

Roulette offers a wide variety of ways for players to place their bets. It is truly an intense game filled with anticipation as players watch the ball spin around the wheel hoping it will land on their number.
