The staff was very professional, attentive, &, friendly as always.
Husband's prime rib steak was medium rare, it was suppose to be medium well.
Wife's prime rib steak was more rare than medium well, it was suppose to be medium well. Plus Wife's steak was very gristley. We've never had issues with their prime ribs before, so were very surprised.

Very pleased from beginning to end. Was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and was served by Rudy the server and Carmen. The service was 5 star. My water glass was constantly refilled as was the bread and butter. The Primb Rib I ordered Medium/Rare was delivered Medium/Rare and was excellent. Accompanied by a house salad and a baked potato - the food was excellent all around. The restaurant was neat and clean the room is very pleasant – but all should be aware it is housed in an off-strip casino and all diners should understand the casino itself is not a 5 star Las Vegas Blvd resort – but it is a nicer “off-strip” casino property.
Near the end of our meal – the manager checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our meal which too was a very nice touch.
The value/cost was excellent as well.
I would gladly return the next time I was in the area.

We always enjoy the food and ambience in the Prime Rib Loft. In my opinion, the new temporary location is a nicer room than the original, but that may not be the case after the original has been redone.

My only complaint is the prime rib should not be served on the plate with a lake of "au jus". There was so much liquid on our plates we had to ask the server to take them back to the kitchen to drain them. For diners that like it, it should be served in a gravy boat so people can serve themselves.
The prime rib was delicious and we were impressed with the very reasonable prices on bottles of wine. The wine that we chose was only a few dollars more for a bottle than having a glass of the same on the strip.
