Las Vegas USA is an older casino who looks as if they haven’t changed or updated anything since they launched back in 1999. Online casino usa.
But is that a bad thing? And does that mean you should skip them for prettier, more polished looking casinos?
While we found a few things we think Las Vegas USA should improve – namely their bonus terms – there are a lot of good things about them too.
I go into more detail in my review below, as well as give you my opinion as to whether Las Vegas USA is worth your time in 2017.
Who owns and operates Las Vegas USA? How long have they been in business?
They’re owned and operated by the Main Street Vegas Group. They’ve been online since 1999, making them one of the older online casinos reviewed on our site.
Are they licensed and regulated?
The Las Vegas USA casino is licensed in Costa Rica. This means nothing, though, as this is one of the more relaxed jurisdictions. Players should expect little to no support.
How’s their reputation?
They have 50 complaints on from August 2012 to June 2017. 26 of them have been resolved, and one of them has been rejected.
As for the other half – I see lots of complaints revolving around payment delays. However, they say on their website it can take up to 2 weeks to process a payment. From there you should expect it to take 1-2 weeks to receive your payment (especially if by check). So, you should expect payments to take a minimum of 30 days to reach you.
But lots of the complaints here are from people who haven’t gotten paid within 2-4 weeks. And that’s being unreasonable considering that Las Vegas USA makes it very clear on their site that it can take a while to process payments.
There are also a few complaints that were never updated by the customer, so the complaint remains unresolved. Which means we can’t take these seriously.
Other than that, they have a low 3.24 rating (out of 10) on AskGamblers.com.
doesn’t recommend them (2/10 rating), even though they say their reviewers have reported positive experiences playing here, and that the casino “has a long positive history and we could find no unresolved valid complaints at any of the major dispute mediation portals.”
On the upside, they’re endorsed by the WizardOfOdds.com. And they have a 6/10 rating on CasinoListings.com.
That’s about it. They have pretty average ratings. But while there’s nothing to brag about, there’s also nothing I’d worry about – no major scams, scandals or anything like that. And that says a lot in this industry.
Especially from a company who’s been around for 15+ years.
Players from the following countries are not accepted:
How do you contact Las Vegas USA’s support?
They offer 24/7 support. You can contact Las Vegas USA using:
What payment methods does Las Vegas USA accept?
These are the banking options they accept:
All deposits are free with one EXCEPTION. If you deposit by money order, you’ll pay fees on all deposits of $99 or less. But Las Vegas USA will cover any fees on deposits of $100 or more.

How do you cash out your winnings? Are there any limits or fees?
You can cash out your winnings using the following options:
They say you should expect cash outs to take up to 2 weeks to process. This is ridiculous. The reason they give is regulatory changes in the marketplace that have limited the availability of deposit and withdrawal options and increased the time needed to process payments.
But, it is what it is. And, that doesn’t mean processing will take that long – it can take less time. Though, it can take more time, too.
At least they tell you what to expect in advance. Other casinos sweep that sort of thing under the rug, then wonder why they’re bombarded with complaints and scam accusations.
They have cash out limits, too. Their limits are based on ‘Player Class’ – the higher your class, the more you can cash out each week.
Here are the levels and the weekly cash out max for each class:
The absolute max is $5,000 per week. I don’t see anything that says this excludes progressive jackpot winners, either. This is definitely a mark against them.
What welcome offers can you claim?
They have a handful of offers under their ‘New Players Promotions’ page.
Initial Deposit Bonus – This is a 150% match bonus up to $3,000. You need to wager 40x your deposit plus bonus, and as much as 90x if you’re going to play multi hand video poker, blackjack, 21 games, video poker and Caribbean stud.
Live Dealer Games, Craps, Vegas Three Card Rummy, Tri Card Poker, Caribbean Hold’em, Baccarat, Roulette or sicbo do not count towards the playthrough requirements.
400% Welcome Bonus – This is for first-time depositors. It is a 400% match bonus up to $10,000. It has a 50x playthrough on the deposit and bonus, and only on the following games: slots keno and scratch cards. There is no max cash-out on this offer.
Double Match – This is a 200% match bonus up to $7,000. One thing that makes this offer different is that the bonus is cashable, and that there’s no cap on how much you can win. The playthrough on this offer is 40x the deposit and bonus, while playing the following games: video slots keno and/or scratch cards.
Blackjack Bonus – This is a 100% match bonus up to $1,000. This is exclusive to blackjack games, with the exception of live dealer blackjack – bets made there won’t count. The playthrough on this offer is 60x the deposit and bonus.
I like how they give you several choices for offers. If you want to play slots, choose an offer (almost any offer) and play slots. But if you want to play blackjack or table games, then you can choose one of those offers instead. Very few casinos offer separate bonuses like this.
My biggest complaint are the rollover requirements. 40-90x on the deposit and bonus is STEEP when you figure that the total rollover is really 90-180x (the total sum of your deposit and <,bonus).
That’s absolutely crazy.
The playthrough is better for higher-level VIP members. You can get the playthrough as low as 30-50x, or 60-100x total. But even at those rates you must REALLY want a bonus to put yourself through that.
I think a more logical approach is to skip the bonus. If you REALLY want one, though, I’d find a casino with a much smaller rollover (they do exist).
Are there any additional offers?
There are several offers – one for every day of the week, actually. Here’s the gist behind each of their daily offers:
Double Match Up Monday – Get a 200% match bonus.
Cash Back Monday – Get 20% cash back up to $500. You can either play it or cash it out (min $100 / max $1,000). There’s no playthrough on this bonus, either.
Thirsty Thursday – Receive a 95% match bonus up to $95. You can use this offer up to 3 times.
Thank God it’,s Saturday – Get a bonus up to $95. Use this up to 3 times.
Super Sunday – Get a bonus worth up to $150. You can use this 3 times.
I like how they have several offers to claim. And this is on top of additional deals such as monthly, seasonal, birthday and anniversary bonuses. You can even refer friends and get $20 for each one that makes a deposit of $50 or more.
What I DON’T like is how their promotions page says one thing, but their terms page says another. You’ll see what I mean when you compare some of their daily offers from both pages. It’s not consistent. For example, their Thursday offer says a match bonus + free spins, but then their terms page says a (different) match bonus.
For that reason, I suggest using their bonus terms page for all bonus-related information. You can find that page on their website at www.lasvegasusa.eu.
Do they offer a comps and/or VIP program?
It looks like they have comp points to cashback. You’ll get 1 point for every $8-$15 spent – it depends on what games you play and what player class (VIP) you are. Once you accumulate enough points, you can exchange them at the rate of 100 points for $1 in cashback.
What software companies do they work with? How many games can you play?
They work with Real Time Gaming (RTG). They say you’ll have 120 games to choose from.
What kinds of games can you play? What are some examples of games they have?
You have all the traditional casino options, which includes:
Progressive jackpot games
They hint a few times that they have live dealer games, though I never saw them listed anywhere, nor have I seen them mentioned on other review sites.
Anyway, let’s talk about the games you can play. Here are some examples of casino games you’ll find on their site:
Not much to say here. This section is pretty blah. They could probably consolidate this section with the table games to save players the trouble of having to go to, or look in, a different section.
While you could complain all day about what Real Time Gaming doesn’t have, one area they ARE strong in is video poker. Just look at all the different games you can play. And you can choose between single and multi-hand variants, too.
Another area they’re strong in is their table games. They have a good mix of blackjack and non-blackjack games, as well as several blackjack variants. Unless you’re after something super specific, you should have no problem finding a game to play.
Live online casino usa
One of my biggest complaints about Real Time Gaming is how they lack the licensed slot titles that other international software companies have.
But, that’s being a bit unfair. Real Time Gaming is one of those offshore operators who aren’t properly licensed and regulated so they can legally offer these games to US players. And I’d rather focus on what I can play instead of complaining about what I can’t. So, let’s do that instead.
Some of the themes that catch my eye include: dinosaurs (T-Rex), pirates (Sea Captain and Sunken Treasure), TV/movie characters (3 Stooges), fantasy (Warlock’s Spell), and horror/Halloween (Count Spectacular). Those are all games I’d try first.
But this barely scraps the surface. There are many, many more themes and slot titles to choose from. If you go in with an open mind, you’ll find lots of machines I’m sure you’ll enjoy playing.
What devices can you use to play at their casino?
They have a download for Windows and an instant play casino for Windows, Mac and Linux users.
Their support says they have a mobile website compatible with iOS and Android phones and tablets. There’s no app or download needed.
Based on my previous experience with RTG software, you should have anywhere from 15-75 games to choose from.
Alright …,so here we are at the end of our review, and with only one question remaining:
Do we recommend Las Vegas USA?
Well, I do like how they have lots of offers. You can claim thousands of dollars between their new player and daily bonuses.
They offer all your standard casino games, too. And they have several video poker and blackjack variants, which I think enthusiasts will love.
But I’m not a fan of their rollover requirements. They’re far, far too large – unfair, really. They have weekly cash outs limits too, and it doesn’t look as if they exclude progressive jackpots.
So, does that mean you should skip this older casino for something newer, and more polished?
Las Vegas USA wouldn’t be my first choice. There are plenty of other casinos available with even larger selections of games (including live dealer), and bonuses with far better rollover terms. Both Bovada and Ignition Casino come to mind.
However, if you already have accounts at those casinos and/or you’re interested in Las Vegas USA’s games and offers, then I see no reason not to check them out.
